Once an email or video consultation has been completed, our policy will not permit us to offer you a refund.
If our 'Sent' box shows that the email reply has been sent to you, we will be unable to provide a refund.
If a video call cannot be executed due to technical reasons, then you are eligible for a refund. You must request for a refund within 3 working days of the scheduled video call. The refund (less Rs 100 towards transaction charges) will be sent to your bank account after you send us a copy of payment invoice and your bank details by email to email@example.com.
If you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
